Shipping policy
Our delivery service is available to selected zip codes in the Minneapolis and St Paul Metro area, shipping rates vary by zip code. Some zip codes are not eligible for same day delivery. All our deliveries are carried out using our own team and vehicles. Timed deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. These times are subject to change at any time.
Same Day Delivery
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Orders placed before 10.59am CST can be delivered on the same day if requested.
Saturday Orders placed before 8.59am CST can be delivered on the same day if requested.
Pick up or Curbside Delivery
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Same day pick up is available between 10am and 3pm on orders placed online with at least one hour’s notice.
Saturday Same day pick up is available between 9am and 11.30am on orders placed online with at least one hour’s notice.
Next Day Delivery
Same day delivery is not available to certain zip codes within the St Paul - Minneapolis metro area

Due to limited product supply or increased demand deliveries can be delayed, we will endeavor to notify the sender as soon as possible should any delays be anticipated.
Missing or lost packages
Upon ordering we require the recipients cell number, so our driver can coordinate the delivery, should the recipient not be available to take the delivery, the driver will contact the recipient to find a neighbor to take the delivery, or arrange that the delivery be left in a secure place. In the event that we cannot contact the recipient or arrange a suitable location to leave the delivery, the products will be returned to the Studio at 1621 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis. MN 55414 where it will be kept for collection by the recipient. Additional delivery fees will be applied if a second delivery attempt is required.
