Ready to get started? Here's a little bit about how our process works:
9 - 12 months before wedding:
Plan your budget.
Use our Pricing Chart to get a basic understanding of average costs for many of the elements of your wedding. Keep in mind this is a rough starting point meant to give you an idea as you plan your budget.
Gather some inspiration!
Start perusing our wedding gallery, or other places like Instagram and Pinterest to get a good idea of styles you like.
Contact us to schedule an initial phone conversation.
During this call we will talk about what you are looking for and give you some rough ideas of pricing. Send along any imagery you might have of bouquets you like, or any other visuals from your wedding (invites, dresses, venue, linens, etc.).
Please note: you MUST have a venue booked, a floor plan and accent colors determined before this call.
Schedule an in person design consultation.
During this meeting, we will get to know you and your fiancé a little better. We'll talk about ideas based on our initial phone conversations, review flower selections, create a petite mock-up for you to take home and enjoy. Then we will be able to create a Design Plan specifically for you. This consultation and subsequent Design Plan is $150, and if you decide to book with us you that fee will go towards your wedding flowers.
Spruce creates your Design Plan.
After our design consult, we will begin working on your Design Plan. This process takes time as we work on sourcing materials and rental items, sketching designs, processing delivery logistics and more. It may take 2 - 3 weeks to complete your Design Plan depending on the time of year.
Review the Design Plan.
As soon as we complete your plan, we'll send our ideas, pricing, mood boards and sketches for you to review. We expect you to have questions/revisions/feedback at this time. We can make any changes you wish.
Book your florist!
After you've had time to review and we've submitted any initial changes, it's time to make a decision to book.
One month before wedding:
A month or so before your big day, we will check in with you to finalize table counts, and the rest of the details that might effect the Design Plan. Once all the details have been finalized, we will begin ordering flowers, materials and any rental items. We will also confirm all deliver times and logistics
