Our team is very collaborative and because the team is smal everyone pitches in to get orders out the door and keep the studio tidy. We do not have a hierarchy as everyone's role is critical to our success.
Floral Designer
A keen eye for design is natural for you, but you’re also able to solve problems and get things done in an efficient manner. You have a strong understanding of floral design mechanics, but are able to bend rules to create trend leading designs and embrace the Spruce brand and asthetic.
Studio Assistant
As a Studio Assistant you’ll learn the ropes of a fast-paced floral studio. You are a go-getter and take great pride in whipping a space into shape! (Think Marie Kondo of the floral studio). You’ll create an environment that inspires our designers to make top-notch floral creations. Your contributions are critical to the overall success of Spruce.
Delivery Specialist
Being a delivery specialist at Spruce requires an ability to problem solve on the fly, dogged determination, and ability to represent Spruce in a professional and positive manner.
You will take pleasure in making people happy with the surprise of a delivery from Spruce Flowers, and also maintain a positive attitude when delivering gets tricky (cold weather, snow, not finding people at home, etc.). You will comfortable with technology and an effective communicator to keep clients and the studio team up to date on the progress of your route.
A clean driving licence is required and for insurance purposes be over 18 years old.
