We pride ourselves on our delivery service. Our dispatch team take the time to ensure our arrangements arrive in good shape. We use delivery software to contact the recipient to let them know we are on our way, the recipient can track our driver and communicate with them directly, to ensure that we are able to deliver successfully.

Once the order is delivered we will email you to let you know that the order has been fulfilled, hopefully the recipient will contact you to say thanks too!

As a general rule our deliveries are done between 9am and 6pm. If you are ordering for a funeral. Please ensure that you include the time of the serviceand the name of the deceased in the notes section of your order.

Our delivery rates are set by zip code and are between $7.50 and $30.

We offer a same day delivery service to almost the entire Metropolitan area and next day service to the extended suburbs.

We also offset the carbon footprint of our deliveies by tracking our mileage in conjunction with our delivery software. We calculate the total CO2 emissions of our delivery operations by multiplying our total monthly mileage by the standard EPA GHG coefficients based on vehicle type. We purchase carbon ofsets with our sustainability partner, Pachama, who then distributes them to a portfolio of ACR and VCS verified forestry projects.
