Can I manage the subscription online

Yes, You will be able to access our subscription portal and change the frequency of delivery and value of the arrangement

I am going away can I pause the subscription?

Yes, of course. Either log into the subscription portal portal and update there or call the Studio on 612 767 1101 and we are happy to help.
What happens to the vases?

Yes! We will pick up the vase from the previous delivery each time, this increases the value of the floral elements in the arrangement and we won't fill the recipients basement with vases!
Do I get a discount on the subscription

Yes! Our delivery fee is reduced for subscriptions to $15.00 anyway in the Metro and we do not account for the vase value as it gets returned each time.
