Time to start planning what might be the biggest, most significant party of your life!  Scope out a venue (petite mansion, bucolic barn, backyard…on the lake), select your chosen key players, start thinking about colors and themes....... let us help from there!  

We have a small, yet powerful, fun and unbelievably talented design team at your disposal to help make the florals for your big day exactly what you have envisioned.  

 

At Spruce, we like to focus on a small group of couples for full scale weddings each season so we can all give you our full attention and creativity.

We understand not everyone has the budget or needs a hanging instalation and a $3,00 floral meadow. For a smaller more intimate gathering discover our Garden Wedding Collection. A carefully curated collection that brings together classic sophistication and Spruce style. Each piece tells a story of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Our designers select the finest fresh elements from our coolers in the color pallete of your choice.

With no minimums this is the perfect option for a smaller gathering.

We make the planning of florals for your larger scale event easy. Our experienced design team are here to bring your visions for your day to life. Our bespoke weddings start at $4,000

 Gather some inspiration!

Start by perusing our wedding gallery, there you will find a snapshot of some of our previous weddings.

When searching Instagram and Pinterest try to keep an open mind, there are a lot of AI generated images out there! Also remember that setting your heart on a particular flower may not match up with the seasonal availability. Think of your research as a way of establishing things that you like and equally as important things you don't like! Rather than finding the exact bouquet.

Use our pricing chart to get a basic understanding of typical costs for many of the elements of your wedding. Keep in mind this is a rough starting point to build a budget with.

Share your contact details with us and some information on where you on your planning journey. Please note:  you MUST have a venue booked. We will confirm availability for your date.

Schedule an initial telephone consult

During this call we will talk about what you are looking and what we can provide for and give you some rough ideas of pricing. Send along any visuals from your wedding (invites, dresses, venue, linens, etc.).  

Please note:  you MUST have a venue booked, a provisional floor plan and accent colors determined before this call.

Schedule an in person design consultation. 

During this meeting, we will get to know you and your fiancé a little better. We'll talk about ideas based on our initial phone conversations, review flower selections. Then we will be able to create a draft Design Plan specifically for you, this will form the basis of our contract together.

The prepaid fee for the consultation and subsequent draft design plan is $250 and is non refundable.

After our design consult, we will begin working on your Design Plan. This process takes time as we work on sourcing materials and rental items, creating design plans, processing delivery logistics and more. It may take 2 - 3 weeks to complete your Design Plan depending on the time of year and complexity of the project.

We pull the plans together

After you have had time to review the initial design plan, we will agree on a firm plan to move forward together and both parties will sign the contact.

Final consult

Eight weeks before your big day, we will check in with you to finalize table counts, and the rest of the details that might affect the Design Plan. Once all the details have been finalized, we will begin ordering flowers, materials and any rental items. We will also confirm all delivery times and logistics with your day of Coordinator.
