How much is flower delivery?
We have a flat rate delivery fee of $11.95 for our entire delivery area. This delivery fee applies to all single package deliveries during our regular business hours. Certain additional charges may be applied to deliveries needing special attention. Our event delivery fees vary depending on size/scale of the event.
What information do you need about the recipient?
Full name of your recipient, their complete address including zip code, their phone number (in case they are not home) apartment number if applicable, business name and suite number if applicable.
What time do you deliver?
We deliver between the hours of 10am and 7pm. Most of our deliveries within Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Southwest tier one suburbs are completed by 3pm. Business deliveries are completed by 4pm.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Due to our routing methods, we can not guarantee a certain time that our trucks will be able to deliver. We will try our best to accommodate morning or time windows, but we can not guarantee specific times.
It's 3:00pm, can you still deliver today?
Our cut-off for same day delivery is 2:00pm. Orders placed after 2pm can be delivered the next available delivery day at the earliest.
Do you deliver on Sundays or Holidays?
No. We are closed on Sundays. We are also closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Our deliveries are limited Christmas Eve Day, New Year's Eve Day. During high volume times like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we may cut-off deliveries at a certain time the day before.
What if no one is home?
This depends on the season we are in and they type of building we are delivering to. Our dramatic temperature swings in Minnesota make it a bit of a challenge!
We will attempt to find a neighbor who is willing to store the flowers in their home. We then leave a voice message for your recipient to let them know they have a delivery at their neighbor's house. If we do not find any neighbors home, we bring the flowers back to our shop. A voice message is also left for your recipient under that scenario to let them know we have flowers for them at our shop. We can attempt to redeliver to another address or at a later time.
We will leave the arrangement in a protected, shady area and leave a voicemail for the recipient that flowers have been left and where.
If flowers are being delivered to an apartment complex:
We will attempt to leave with an office or concierge if possible. Some apartment buildings are secure and do not have an office or concierge for flowers to be left with. In that case, we will return the flowers to our store and contact the recipient to arrange for alternate delivery or pick-up options.
What if I don't want you to leave the flowers with a neighbor?
If you are not sure if someone will be home, and it's winter or over 90, please let us know that you would like us to call your recipient first to find out when may be a good time-frame to deliver.
What if I want you to leave it at their door or on the porch when it's below freezing?
We will not leave flowers outside if it's below freezing. We want to make sure your recipient enjoys the flowers, and they will definitely freeze if we leave them outside. If it's above freezing, and a porch is in the sun, insulated we may leave them.
Can you deliver other gifts that I bring in? (example: engagement ring, champagne, cupcakes, etc...)
We are not able to deliver liquor. We will not deliver anything with a value over $50. We are not responsible for any loss or damage. If you are comfortable with that, we can deliver other items for an additional fee depending on size, complexity.
